How Do I Install a GUI with Centos?

I’m looking all over I can’t find anything that works. If you can please leave step by step details I’m pretty new with this. Who helps me the best will get the best answer.

    yum groupinstall "X Window System" "GNOME Desktop Environment"

    Should do the job.
